'Where were you last week?' 'I was on vacation. Where did you think?' 'We were beginning to wonder. Your projects have all suffered.' 'But I arranged coverage.' 'We re-assigned most of the office to work on the partners' vacation properties.' 'Consequently, my projects have all sat idle for a week?' 'You're the one who left.' 'I took one week off, in the first 18 months I've worked here.' 'Even so, you should keep a flexible schedule.' 'What would you propose?' 'Take short, 15-minute breaks through the work week, when things are quiet.' 'I just may do that.' 'Just make sure you come in early to compensate.' 'I'm going to die here, aren't I?' 'Possibly, but do so on your own time.'
